I'm actually a manga otaku... I don't have much to do with anime [with the exceptions of Kimi ni Todoke, Hajime no Ippo, and some of Katekyo Hitman Reborn (really odd feelings about the differences between the manga and anime for that series btw)]. I particularly enjoy the survival genre (sub-genre?) I'm talking 7 seeds, Cage of Eden, Battle Royale, etc. I've read so much manga that I can't even begin to estimate the hours spent. I'm not a big collector (at all....), I've been to a couple conventions but it's not my thing, I've always felt really lost and confused in crowds. I enjoy staying in and intelligent conversations, I guess I could be considered an introvert though I do pretty well in social situations. I'm totally meaning to brag here when I say that I can find you good related manga to pretty much any series you could ask about, I may not compare in otaku-ism to those who have collections and incredibly in depth knowledge of certain series but I will not lose on sheer amount of series knowledge by any means. I love reading in general, especially fantasy books (Brandon Sanderson is my favorite author). When it comes to video games, I really like them but I tend to gravitate toward girly games like Eternal Sonata (The story and messages are beautiful) though I also like some of the more mainstream games, Fable, the Persona Series, that kind of thing (Star Wars Knights of the Old Republic one and two <3 by god I love them). I think that's a decent overview of my interests.
