Yeah it was crazy. The panels were great. The FUNimation panel had a really cool weekend long scavenger hunt set up where if you were one of the first 300 to complete it you got a limited edition Ein plush from Cowboy Bebop. My group all got one :D.. Here's a picture of my friend (who was cosplaying as Finn) with Mizore. The only complaint I really had with death note well there were 2 was 1 the evolution of lights character was very dramatic it didn't take much to make him go after anyone who he saw as a threat and 2 it should have been L that took him down, I just didn't care for N at all lol. I guess I'll have to watch the OVA to future diary I enjoyed the anime so I am sure I will like the OVA just as much. I went in 2012 it was for a combined coalition exercise with Israel it was only for a month but it was pretty cool :D got to swim in the dead sea (which is awesome btw lol) and as you already saw Jerusalem personally I enjoyed the dead sea more but they were both interesting experiences.

I didn't get a chance to do that. The lines were so long so we went to panels instead. I did go to the TMR concert and the rave though, which were awesome. We saw a really good Rosario+Vampire group there. The Mizore was handing out lollipops to people xD.

Lol I haven't been paddle boarding I have been wake boarding before though :P, and I agree death notes ending was a little disappointing but I liked future diaries it was unexpected. I didn't know future diary had an ova though I might have to find that and watch it. Right now I am waiting for hellsing to finish the english dub of it's ova the voice actor for alucard is amazing!

Lol that is a pretty funny and cool way to get into anime :D, for me well I was a young kid watched cartoon network and when they came out with adult swim I got my first legitimate taste of anime, I would say my very first anime was probably outlaw star or gundam wing, and I was hooked :D. My favorite anime to this day is still death note, future diary being a close second they were a lot more intricate than most animes and they were completely different from what I had seen. SO I looked at your pictures what are you doing in the one on the board is that practice for surfing? That's really the only thing I can think of and it says hawaii so that's the other reason I assumed surfing lol.

I went to Otakon. It was one of the coolest things I've ever been to. I want to do a group cosplay with my friends and was thinking of Ouran Host Club, Persona or maybe Soul Eater? Not 100% sure but those are just some ideas. :P
