Hello everyone. I always find these types of things to be difficult to do. It's strange to be expected to give an accurate description of one's self in such an impersonal way. If I am on here, obviously I view myself to be a "geek".
I have always loved anime since I can remember and have grown up on it. I've enjoyed it so much that I wanted to get tattoos of it and currently have Berserk, Akira, and Samurai Trooper tattoos. I also plan on having traditional Japanese art work done as well. On that note, I love Japan and was privileged to live there for two years. I picked up some of the language, enough to get by, but sadly, when we don't use things on a daily basis we slowly lose the ability we once had. I would love to go again and I am trying my heart out to get back.
I serve in the military as a mechanic. I love my job and plan on continuing my career well into retirement. It has provided for me very well and has given me more opportunities than I could have imagined. I have been to many places around the world now for short trips if you will and, as I said, was able to live in Japan and also Korea. I loved them both very much and miss them everyday. *sigh*
With that being said, I play video games, rpgs mainly, enjoy tabletop gaming, MTG, sci-fi movies, manga, etc. That should be enough to possibly grab someones attention I hope.
