It's almost like kaneki and touka reversed roles in the oneshot. Kaneki is cool and touka is more youngish and bratty. Also Anteiku isn't a ghoul haven, but is. Deff tell me about your ideas for a ff in that setting. I think having Kaneki as the Senpai and touka as the kouhai is cute. Also the secrecy between them, and the manager about who they are.
