No he's still alive haha But Juuzou is his superior, so not quite his friend in the same way that Haise was. Also, he knows Kaneki from the original series

You may be right, but I don't think they would fight to kill. What if him and Kaneki switched places? o.0 Im looking forward to that confrontation between them. Hopefully he just gives Juuzou some candy and they stay friends haha
