I've never read/watched Naruto But with Arima, it was his whole life that was spent that way. Kaneki so far has only has a few years like this

They are, but that's what makes them fun as characters xD Well, they were good enough to be in Squad 0 so someone did a number on them

And probably more than once, and the fact she knew her fate was going to be to "breed" probably will be another story that will be told.

That was unexpected and hard to swallow. But I'm sure that will come back up in future chapters. It's not surprising though that a character in Tokyo Ghoul had something terrible happen to them.
