Kimihiro Watanuki is a peculiar high school student, as he possesses an ability that allows him to see the supernatural. One day while he was walking home, Watanuki accidentally stumbles upon a strange shop, where he meets its owner, Yuko Ichihara.

The story follows a college sophomore named Keiichi Morisato, who accidentally dials the Goddess Help Hotline, an agency that grants the wishes of humans. The goddess Belldandy appears before him, and says that she has been sent to fulfill a single wish.

Lucky Star follows the hilarious and mischievous daily lives of four young girls as they move through high school. h2.
