It's Kanaya from Homestuck. Which is pretty different from Vampire Devil (I think? Haven't seen that) She IS a rainbow drinker, which is like her race's equivalent of a vampire.

Nyaha!! *Hyper Mode* One day, three old men were talking together about their problems... 1st guy: Man, I wake up at 7:00 am andit takes me about 20 minutes to go pee. 2nd guy: My case is worse, I wake up at 8:00am and I sit there and gran for about half an hour until I have a bowel movement. 3rd guy: Not me! At 7:00am I pee like a horse and at 8:00am I go like a cow. 1st and 2nd guys: So what's your problem? 3rd guy: I don't wake up till 9:00am..
