I haven't been to a convention in my entire Anime-viewing life; but, this has not stopped my from enjoying the anime that I care about.
In my 39 years on this Earth, I've watched anime of various genre: from science-fiction and giant robots to fantasy and magic. There are certain anime and genre that I have trouble watching can't watch outright. I'll get into that during our correspondence.
As far as being on this sight, I'll tell you what I'm looking for. Anime is among the few things in my life that has made me very happy. I want to share this feeling and my experience with people who feel the same way.
To be more specific, I'm looking for friendship in the beginning of our communication sessions. If things go smoothly, than I'm available for an actual relationship.
On the friend level, I'll talk with anyone. Sex, age, race are irrelevant. If you have an anime or manga that you feel strongly about; By all means, let's talk about it. ^_^
The relationship level is a bit more restricting for a number of reasons which I'll get into in a moment. First off, I prefer women because I simply don't swing any other way. Age-wise? 31 to 48 is my comfort-zone. Dating outside my age range has the potential of inviting negative social consequences even though we are of consenting age. In the unlikely event that there's anyone who's 49 and older who watches anime, I'll be somewhat curious about that person. As far as 30 and younger is concerned, let me remind you: I'm 39. I may be too old for some of you if not most of you for this type of relationship and I can't help but think that I'll be experiencing the wrath of certain parents for being too close to their little girl.
