Me too! It's a personal favorite. That's hard to do when you have kids, though; and I assume you're working too. It's so much easier to just make something quick and easy. I literally HAD to stop eating all kinds of stuff about six months ago when I was told I had GERD. I now drink only water, only eat low-fat, get lots of vegetables, and avoid any and all things spicy... At first it really kind of sucked, but watching the weight fly off and my symptoms improve has been incredible and I wish I'd been better to my body from the start. Now I'm all about trying to see how far I can push to look and feel better about myself. Sorry for the wall o' text, by the way. Bad habit of mine... ^^;

I'm not too bad; just trying to enjoy my weekend before I get back to work by watching some junk on YouTube and otherwise goofing around on here. :P I'm actually just now fixing myself some salmon for lunch.
