It is the near future,united space calendar year 192. The evil alien Radam have besieged the earth gripping control of the enormous orbital ring that surrounds the planet and bringing down mysterious spores that fill the earth with alien plants.

According to legend, a demon is imprisoned inside the Masaki Shrine in Kurashiki, Japan. When Tenchi Masaki, a student at the local high school and grandson to the shrine master, accidentaly breaks the "seal", he discovers that it is not just a legend!

Tenchi Masaki was a normal 17-year old boy until the day he accidentally releases the space pirate, Ryoko from a cave she was sealed in 700 years ago as the people thought she was a demon. In a series of events, four other alien girls show up at the Masaki household as Tenchi learns much of his heritage he never knew about and deal with five alien girls who each have some sort of romantic interest in him.

Galaxy Police offiver Mihoshi's patrol ship is in hot pursuit of space pirate Ryoko, who is aboard her ship Ryo-Ohki. The two starships fight a space battle, and both are badly damaged.

Gatts, an incredibly powerful warrior, is a lone swordsman in a medieval-type fantasy world. He loses in a battle with a mysterious swordsman named Griffith, who holds a pendant called the Eye of God.

The demonic space criminal Kain has escaped from prison and destroyed the Galaxy Police headquarters. To ensure that the Jurai will not stop him, Kain travels back to 1970 to eliminate Tenchi's mother before he is even born.

Not to be confused with "Blue Seed". In the year 2009, Yuji Kaido is an average young adult male diagnosed with a serious disease (the "B-cells") and is put into cryogenic stasis until a cure is found.

Tenchi decides to move to Tokyo in order to lead a normal life in the big city. While in Tokyo Tenchi meets a girl named Sakuyo.

Seina is unlucky, so unlucky that when he stumbles upon a recruiter looking for his senpai Tenchi he gets taken instead. Forced into the Galaxy police, his luck begins to change.

The story follows Rico, an orphan who dreams of becoming a great cave raider, much like her mother, and solve the mystery of the Abyss. The Abyss is an unexplored enormous cave system inhabited by strange and wonderful creatures, along with mysterious artifacts.
