I got up after laying on my couch and now my back is so tense it hurts to breathe.... Don't get into your forties, kids.
yaasshat @yaasshat Yeah.... No....lol The muscle is just acting up and being stupid. However, it's cute to see the concern in my daughter's face as she came over to me bent over on the floor trying to stretch... She kept saying "Ok?".
