Depends on the strain you smoke @ohnoes thats a pretty common thing for first time smokers with it being a new body feeling or you just got some bad weed (which can happen and cause those kinda feelings) But I get comfortable and either get active like coloring, focus on gaming, or housework(sativa) or just pass out all day (indica)
