Like I said, it probably got cut to end the filler. Once the manga is over, the anime may restart and filler wont exist and scenes that were dragged out will be cut shorter. Like the panning camera shots of dead air being shortened. By then the story will be self contained and easier to follow.

Bleach the anime already ended after like 360 episodes but more than half is straight filler, the manga is nearing its end too. My guess is they will go back and redo the series and remove any and all filler and tell it straight beginning to end. Naruto will not be so lucky. XD
