Lol, Enel would be the last person to win in that fight. Pre TS Luffy (not to mention Pre Gear) could land hits on him, regardless of being immune or not, meaning he's not so fast at all. Though, I do think people underestimate Enel a lot. Who knows, maybe Enel became insanely powerful during his time on the moon, so it could be a possibility. However, you should be more specific. Is this all admirals at once on the same team? If so, they stomp (assuming Shanks is alone, no crew) Also, is this a random encounter, or what? Anyway, here's my opinion Admirals (all 3) > Shanks > Mihawk (hmm... Hard to say between him and Shanks) > Enel Going by hype = Shanks wrecks them all to pieces, since IMO old admirals > new admirals
