The story of Death Note revolves around a high school student called Yagami Light. His life changed when he saw a supernatural notebook that fell from the sky.

YuYu Hakusho follows Yusuke Urameshi, a street-brawling delinquent who, in an uncharacteristic act of altruism, is hit by a car and killed in an attempt to save a young boy by pushing him out of the way. His ghost is greeted by Botan, a woman who introduces herself as the pilot of the River Styx, who ferries souls to the Underworld where they may be judged for the afterlife.

The year is Future Century 60. To put an end to war, the Gundam Fight has been developed.

Himura Kenshin is a wanderer with a dark past and sunny disposition. Kenshin never was a lord's samurai, but instead the fiercest assassin of the Meiji restoration.

Known for its Space Western theme, Trigun is about a man named "Vash the Stampede" and the two Bernardelli Insurance Society employees who follow him around in order to minimize the damages inevitably caused by his appearance. Most of the damage attributed to Vash is actually caused by bounty hunters in pursuit of the "60,000,000,000$$" (sixty billion "double dollars") bounty on Vash's head for the destruction of the city of July.

See You Space Cowboy is the titular theme of this space odyssey action show, Cowboy Bebop. Earning bounty rewards is one of the few profitable jobs outside of crime in the solar system - and Spike and Jet are just doing their work as they get mixed up with even more interesting people.
