Ooh, that'll be cool! And it should be pretty easy; all you've got to do is look for a red raincoat or trenchcoat (if you can't, just find a khaki or white coat and dye it red)... Then remove the hood and add on the giant collar thing... Actually, I think the hardest part would be finding the gun and some old-fashioned round sunglasses, right? Unless you got *really* lucky and found them in a thrift store or something...
Mostly I'm actually designing steampunk-inspired outfits. For example, I'm converting an old kilt I wore as a twelve-year-old into a semi-goth lolita panel skirt. I plan to add some zippers and chains once the main body of the skirt has been reassembled. I'm also experimenting with leatherwork, mostly mask- and hat-making. The one cosplay I am working on is The Jon from the band Steam-Powered Giraffe.
I design, make and assemble all my own cosplays and costumes, although these days I've been focused on developing my steampunk character and fleshing her out. What sort of costumes do you have in mind? Maybe I could help?
Actually, I've been so lazy I haven't even watched the pilot yet. -.-" Well, actually, I've been busy working on costume designs, future events and preparing for the next semester, but details, details... LOL
