Nope, no matter what I can still tell who you are and still report you each time you come back. Anyone, I would always report and make sure perverts, attention whore (like you), and bullies(also like you). So, you have 0% of a chance here. Plus, they can even block your email account.

I dunno either but IMO there needs to be mods around that can take accurate measures to ban people like that but maybe there aren't any mods cause Seph might fear the power will go to their heads.Atleast that's why I think there aren't any.More staff=More Security and won't allow dumb ignorant jerks..to hang around and make everyone umcomfortable
