Love Hina follows the story of Keitaro Urashima, a young boy determined to study at Tokyo University and fulfill the promise he made to a childhood friend he barely remembers. Unfortunately, his parents can no longer support him, and now he has to manage his grandmother’s all-girls dormitory while cramming for his college exams.

Momiji Fujimiya thought she was just an ordinary high school student. One day, she confronted on her way to school by a cat-eyed man with blue magatama beads embedded in his hands, who then attempts to kill her.

The story follows a college sophomore named Keiichi Morisato, who accidentally dials the Goddess Help Hotline, an agency that grants the wishes of humans. The goddess Belldandy appears before him, and says that she has been sent to fulfill a single wish.

They say that you'll never know what a person's real character is until you've started living with him/her/ them under one roof. Well, it definitely is true in the case of a 16 year old female protagonist, Tohru Honda from the series, Fruits Basket.
