Yeah, putting the animal to sleep would be the saddest part of the job.And the game industry in general requires too much of your personal life.Bout the time you get home, it's a shower, quick meal then sleep and wake up not too long after to begin again. Some people can handle it but I'm not one. However I'm sure the pay is good. But like any other career if you don't like it at all then you probably shouldn't do it at all..lol.If I actually had the brains for it I might of given it a try but that stuff is way too complex for me and I wouldn't have the patience to learn it.

Yeah, Vet tech would interest me as for one reason I wouldn't have to put up with patients being humans and b****in about everything. Lol. Like for one example i was at the dentist last summer and a guy told the receptionist or more like screamed "YOU LIED TO ME."And i don't remember exactly how it went down but i remember it was his fault.Sure the animals might be aggressive at times or whimpering for dogs and meowing for cats but any feelings they show I wouldn't be annoyed because they're just sick or injured and mean no harm.I think overall it'd be something to try out to say the least. It'd only take a year or so and I'm willing to gamble. And yes the life of anyone in the game field will be stressful. One of the biggest problems are deadlines to get the games done.Fans expect the game to be released when at the original date but they don't know the process of how difficult it is to complete one game.I found a tech school in Arizona and specialize in games and saw also they said make sure you brush up on your trigonometry and then at that moment I said I'm wayyyyy..too over my head for this.lol

Kyokushin..karate.I'll have to write that down. Thanks (:Well its a Lil more complex than me not knowing what to do.My first goal was to be a storyteller but soon realized I can't finished stories so a few years ago I did the college thing but didn't like what I was taking up.There's a college online that has several dozen degree paths and the only one on there I see I'd be interested in is Vet Technician.I was reading the material and there is so much stuff to learn about helping a sick or injured animal and terminology and all but that's probably the most realistic option for me at this point and it shouldn't take longer than one year cause it's not like I'd be studying to be the actual vet which needs to know a lot more than a assistant needs to know. Also I been saving up for a new car and almost have enough for a decent down payment so right now my life isn't perfect but it's stable and getting there. As of my goal for this site is to make dozens of friends and later on one of those friends and they have to be at least 18 of course I'll try dating.I am a bit disappointed there aren't more bi guys here but maybe one day.The last thing I want to do is make my straight friends uncomfortable.I seek mutual attraction though and only mutual attraction which is why I keep a distance from straight guys. But let me stop here before I bore you too much, lol.I'll see where they teach that kind of karate and who knows maybe turn it into a hobby (^_^) And yeah keep greeting folks with a welcome and a punch. Thanks for saying good luck on my goals too. That means a lot, seriously. (:You're a good friend, gene

Yeah, training is different from fighting. When I was a Lil younger I kinda was a bit interested in learning to box but was afraid of a training partner being too serious and wind up hurting me so I never attempted it.:/I'm not an aggressive at what I wanted and goals setting kind of person and always thought I was weak cause I didn't have the drive to succeed at anything.I'm more laid back and chill and often say it'll happen when it happens although I'm often disappointed in myself cause of that way of thinking. On a positive note lately I been setting goals and meeting them so i am happy about that.(:And you being from the U.K. is cool. There are a lot of U.K. people on MO so I hope you'll find someone when the time is right. Also I think it's really awesome you're one of the people that greets newcomers even though you knock them out XD.Still, taking the time to be nice to someone says a lot to me.

Yeah, everyone needs an outlet to release stress.Personally I zone out with music but everyone's different.Real fights like schoolyard fights and crime might be reduced like you suggest by offering an alternative at an earlier age.Parents might not get on board with the idea that fast though. They'd see it as dangerous and not a good school activity. But who knows what the future might hold. One day views might change and it'll be acceptable.(^_^)So, Gene, I see a lot of U.K. users here. Are you originally from there?

Hm,interesting.I agree. Not something I ever thought about before but all schools should have martial arts and personally I don't think they should be limited to just one as the school sees fit. They should be offered all of them and let the students try each one out to see which one they like the best and most comfortable with but the only problem is what grades get to practice martial arts. Also if wrestling is allowed I think martial arts should be allowed to.

Dude, that's awesome(^_^) You sound very dedicated to becoming a fighter. And with all that training I would think you are already a professional.I have to admit I feel a bit naive about all the styles but anyone that practices Karate, Kung Fu,Tae Kwon Do, Muay..Thai, Kickboxing or anything else that involves deep skill, concentration and discipline I respect a lot. I know it's anything but easy
