And yes, likewise; I'm always up for good conversation (and, admittedly, some rambling, my part, which I guess I should be apologizing for in advance, ha) :D Haha, no kidding, sometimes certain anime can be a hodge-podge of multi-genre goodness (...and who says that anymore? *sigh*). Honestly, I am becoming so much more aware of many, many genres. Of course, you have your generic, common ones, but there are so many sub-genres that I had no idea about for so long; it has definitely been an on-going experience! Ooh, I have never heard of those anime before; I looked up information on them as I read your reply, and I'm intrigued to give them a try, especially Nagi no Asukara and Usagi Drop! Hmm, let's see...three of my favorites would have to be...Ergo Proxy, Wolf's Rain and Blue Submarine No. 6 :)

Now, for your question - as far as my anime preference goes...well, I am not all that sure that I have one, to be honest! My tastes kind of jump all over the place, and I am the kind of anime fan who is open to giving anything a chance. What about yourself, do you have a preference, or?
