that's good i'm always working and never get the time but today and tomorrow I have off so it will be nice to hangout with my dad!

I actually tripped up some cement stairs while walking my dog. Landed on the one knee, which now has fluid in it, twisted my other knee and landed on my side. Got x-rays taken and I now know that I most likelyhave multiple directional instability in all my joints. Needless to say i'll be in physical therapy alot. All in all i'm pretty ok. I laughed the whole thing off when it happened.

aww that stinks, your phone doesnt have lock on it, or you were being nice and letting her play with it? Also how old is your friends niece she sounds cute deleting things off of peoples phone typical kids move. lol

Well. ^_^; Usually I just have like some chicken nuggets for dinner during my break. I don't eat a whole lot. And the vitamins I got to help my immune system are huuuuuuge. T~T
