so. another kid gets shot a year aorund baltimore shooting, (another black kid + 2 white cops) without being able to see her son who was just shot, the mother than gets arrested for no reason and thrown into a jail cell for 2 hours before being able to see her son who was shot for having a BB gun running and yelling its not real and no one is angry? like every post is literally geting 8-24 shares and no ones freaking out about this on reddit/twitter/ hell not even tumblr... wheres all that anger that was here last year? god damn people. stick with your guns or something SMH
and don't say shit about he "shouldn't have run" Tamir Rice (12 year old same situation) was shot the second the cops got out of the car and killed. so yeah, running is clearly not the issue here

you always break the ice to early for the relationship, but first off, you need to establish CHEMISTRY
if you just instantly going up before realizing youre compatiable, youre gonna have a bad time, first establish CHEMISTRY/Repore with them,
but if you break the ice to late, you'll get bad results, AKA friends only. you'll miss the limited mark of openness.
so the second you notice th chemistry, go for it
