lei_maiotaku @amarantha we call it leche flan in PH...This one is from one resto I visited...Tho whenever we make it at home, it's not that smooth...do you have suggestions or whatever to make it smooth like a baby's bums? kidding i mean hahaha like same in that pic XDDD

Great Daddy MH39 @gdmh39 Ehm yes it comes from first the heating of the milk and second sieving afte you have done cooking. Me any my mom cook the milk gently dont use cold milk but let it simmer first. Obv sieving the misture before baking it also helps

Pete Zahut @criselington Also when mixing don't go so fast or hard that bubbles start forming and make sure all the sugar is dissolved too when mixing

Great Daddy MH39 @gdmh39 Yeah i remember the sieving part was just so you lose alot of bubbles and stuff that aren’t dissolved and unwanted in the misture before baking / steaming it

Pete Zahut @criselington Yeah, basically what you want is everything mix well ans no bubbles. During the steaming process if any bubbles or if any sugar is not dissovled it'll make your flan not smooth or creamy

Great Daddy MH39 @gdmh39 A few times before i think i tried the egg and sugar beating first before adding the milk. If i remember well disolving the sugar in the milk first works better… but maybe it was for another cake recipe… now that i think of it… imma research on it and take notices XDDDD
