I don't know. The last time it took a whole police force to hold him back and its very expincive to bribe cops. I think I probably need a new test subject. Any recommendations?

Actually I have dabbled with it that. But stupid celti won't let me use her head as a test subject. God she's can be a bitch at times. She may seem sweet, but she can be very vicious. But if could restrain shizu-chan long enough I'm sure I can do it.
