Gor? Mutsumi is a person who has nothing but bad luck. After a chance encounter with a fortune teller he is soon accompanied by three attractive girls that say they are there to turn his luck around, and turn out to be reincarnations of pets he previously had. Later in the series he encounters even more of these angels.
