I need some advice.

So I seem to have a problem. I don't know whether to make a move towards this girl I like in high school or not. She did say she wanted to be friends during my freshman year but I dunno if her feelings have changed or not. Kind of confusing for me...

Go for it. Worst thing that can happen is rejection. You won't know until you do it..don't wanna be that guy asking the "What if" question later. If it's rejection, then you know not to waste time thinking about this girl in a romantic manner. Too many females out here, if one doesn't work..try someone else. Got nothing to lose really.

Ask her out - you'll never really find out unless you do. Don't get your hope up though; just expect her to reject you and therefore accept the outcome gracefully. If she's still cool with being friends then there'll be no problems in the end, hell if she's cool then she might try to hook you up with one of her single friends. Just give it a shot is what I'm saying.
