Anyone else awake? It's 12:50am my time and I can't sleep.

One recommendation I can give is to let your brain cool down before bed. Get off the computer and stop watching tv or the smart phone (Anything with an LED screen, actually) for about 2 hours before you plan on sleeping. Usually helps immensely. Our brains weren't quite designed to keep up with so much information being thrown at us. Hence why you have ADD/ADHD resurfacing so commonly in children and adults.
