Swearing/ no swearing?

My apologies if this is stated somewhere; I just have not been able to find the answer to this question. What's the policy on swearing and talk of the likes? And like... maybe this should have been in "Site News and Suggestions" but "Random" should be fine with most things, right?

There was a guy who posted a thread on the "Site News and Suggestions" when it was supposed to be in "random chatter" once. Once. He was never heard from again. Oh, and if you swear on this website, you will get a 7 day warning. Then you will die.

I once heard if you use the F word the chupa cabra comes and mates with your dog and the babies are born the next day and suck they blood from your cat
