You told me to exaggerate. :P Well...I was pretty much bored beyond the border of reality, and since it's near impossible at my place to find somebody interesting to talk to about otaku stuff. I looked up all sorts of anime communities, and ended up finding this place. Tbh it took me quite a while, but I've met a bunch of really sweet and awesome people here. So I decided to stay. ^^

it was summer i was bored and had no one to talk to. and figure wouldnt it be cool to have an otaku girlfriend who lived in my area? so i looked up otalu dating site and this place came up...it was extremely boring since no one was ever on like literally 6 hours passed before anyone posted anything and the last to post was the only thread that wasnt dead asf but i met some cool kids we made a skype group and the site got more people.

After listening to an annoying Colonel Mustang cosplayer bitch about how he was lonely, I went on a quest to see if there was such a thing as otaku love. It took me to this place which I suggested to the cosplayer, however he prefers to merely bitch about things and do nothing about them. I still haven't figured out if a thing such as otaku love exists, however I'd probably rather not know at this point.

I joined with hopes of investigating and dismantling current anime trends to break new ground and take the next step in evolution of its genres and subspecies. And that didn't happen...

At the beginning of December I'd just finished my CELTA and had some time off work, but I was bored and had nothing to do while in Starbucks. Out of curiosity I typed in anime dating and found MO, so I joined to see what it was like, and four days later I met Sherflow.
