In countries you actually have to work for it... Yea. Otherwise it might even mean the opposite.

I used a special cream to help me lose weight and increase the elasticity around my stomach at the same time. It usually takes four years for your stomach to regain it's elasticity after weight loss, it only took me two years thanks to the cream I used. After I ran out of the cream, I continued to work out in order to tone my body to how I want it. If you want to know more about my weight loss or the cream I used, leave a comment and I'll explain how I did it.

I don't know if I'm going to ever be completely free of "those last 10 pounds" or whatever you want to call them. Down from 205 to 174 has been a good start, but I like to eat sugary things, breads, etc. If I really hit the cardio hard, I probably could lose more of it, but what I do already exercise wise takes up such a chunk of my day, and the idea of adding more or increasing the already 90+ minutes 5 days a week I do seems like overkill. It's probably more about using that time efficiently than anything, but running is boring and the idea of paying for a gym membership I might barely use when I can do stuff at home for free seems like a waste of money to me. Maybe it's just me being a lazy lump too, I dunno. XD

@Xynox- Thank you for the videos. I completely forgot that I also had Zumba Fitness for my wii so I'm also going to use that. @Xueli- I recently received the bento box I ordered and have been using that to help with portioning what I eat as well as measuring and weighing. I also started logging what I eat using My Fitness Pal. I take multivitamins everyday, do you think I may be lacking in a certain area? @Gudmoore- I do like meat, just not all the time. I don't believe I could totally give it up. I do wonder about growth hormones though. @differentdrum- I've struggled with weight all my life also, but, I know I can accomplish my goal if I don't give up. @vampire_neko- lmao@ Soylent Green. Have you tried the chocolate soy milk? I know, not so much sugar, but it's good.

It's calories in, calories out. That's an undeniable fact. You could limit the amount of calories by eating less food or by choosing to eat foods that are not calorically dense such as heavy starchy foods and sugars. Conversely, you could take to intense fitness regimes in order to increase your metabolism and burn the fat away. IF you choose to only exercise then your results will be slow because diet and lifestyle affect your weight and metabolism much more than exercise. Conversely if you don't build muscle then you're shortchanging the very part of your system that burns the fat away. Also you could end up with the skinny-fat "Bart Simpson belly". And no one likes that. My advice would be to limit the carbohydrates unless it's a day of weight training. Focus on HIIT cardio on most days and be sure to lift weights for at least 3 days a week. Sugars should only be taken in small quantities. Really you should focus on eating mostly protein and green leafy vegetables. Drink plenty of water and make sure to get the proper amount of sleep. Also log everything you eat and every time you work out. I cannot stress enough the importance of having a record of your efforts. What gets measured gets managed. You shouldn't be guessing if you ate right. Just buy one of those tiny journals and keep it with you at all times. It takes all of 5 seconds to write down what you ate. This is what I've done and this is what works for me. I'm no expert so take it with a grain of salt.

@mushi It's not that I think you're lacking per say and I can't really answer a lot of specifics because I'm ultimately not a nutritionalist nor am I your doctor. It just particularly wanted to stress that it's not a matter of going on diets where you completely cut things out but rather about making sure you're eating a balanced meal and doing things in a healthy way. A lot of times when I see people who do try to lose weight by going on extreme diets, it just never really works and with the amount of misinformation floating out there about nutrition, it's easy to actually end up doing something that can harm you if you don't do a lot of due diligence in research. Which is why I think it's a good idea to talk to your doctor about it, same with the exercise. I know that usually people are generally fine going extreme or just whatever for x amount of time, but it's always good to actually know that whatever lifestyle changes I make won't aggravate any problem I might have with my individual health, ya know?

Like other people in the U.S., we have some of the most unhealthy food in the world, barely considered edible by humans. Here are some tips to avoid these toxic foods that make you fat and give you cancer! 1. Look at the back of the box. If you cant read all the ingredients out loud, toss it. Processed shit makes you fat. Simple as that. If you can just follow this rule you will notice yourself feeling healthier. 2. Don't kill yourself trying to eat healthy. Look, we all have our vices. Even I eat french fries and pizza. You shouldn't try to quit it cold turkey or you are going to binge on junk food. Maybe just have a meal or two a week where you don't worry about it. If you can give up meat, do it. There is no way in hell I'd be willing to compromise on such a thing, but if you go vegan those pounds will be flying off. Just make sure you get your complete proteins from other sources or you will get really sick.

I went out and bought a workout package called "Insanity" to use after I'm healed. Has anyone ever tried this before?
