WHY ARE PPL SO DAMN FAKE!!!??

I mean i have improved myself before and i continue to try and improve who I am we aren't perfect so why wouldn't we try to improve ourselves? I'm happy rn so there isn't anything I'm actively trying to improve but if i get in my own way of achieving what I want to achieve then I'll change it until I'm happy again

Improvements don't change the fundamentals of who you are. Put tint on a car window and it's still a car window, but now it can protect better from the sun. Even when in a relationship, you should be seeking self improvement. Hell, being in a relationship is also about seeking improvement, TOGETHER. Of course you change, but you are and always will be you. The change you should be aiming for is to be the best you, period.

@shyguy777 I mean have drive. Have ambition. It’s an investment for alot of women to choose to be with a man for the rest of their lives. Yes there are women who will want to be with you and be happy settling for a life that’s scrapping by, BUT so many women want to improve the lives they came from. Be the knight in shining armor for them. Not only that, but improving yourself will give you more self confidence and that is attractive as hell. Show off your personality too! Most of all do it for you. Not for a woman. Know your self worth.

The only person you should seek validation is yourself. Always seek to be a better version of yourself I despise the people who see relationships as a sort of competition. Why the fuck would I invest my time an effort with someone like that. -Mr Rogers

@shyguy777 Woah, don't take this the wrong way, I'm actually impressed. Your fleeting concept of egoic identity is... Intriguing. To stagnate growth out of concern that you won't exist anymore. What if you created more than one persona in order to preserve that part of you that you are now? Not like multiple personality disorder, but like the fool in tarot switching between various masks? Tulpamancy is kinda a common practice in chaos magick. To wear thought forms you create within your psyche as masks in order to draw out hidden potential that the conscious mind ordinarily blocks one from achieving. Personally though, I follow the growth mindset. Multifaceted people are just... difficult.
