ofcourse theres nuthing wrong with it but i think just to be safe u sood find the right community and ppl before going public becuz not everyone will accept it and itd be better to be safe then srry. Its totally fine to be that way i mean who is anyone to say how U sood live UR life. and if it wwas my friend i wood still talk to them and help them asmuch as they needed.

lol it must be hard to be an anime otaku and be a guy XD becuz of anime iv turned into abit of a lolicon ^//^ but strangely enough i look for older guys. Think if i was a guy id be lookin for the younger girls too ^^ but the problem with dating outside ur age is limitations with interests and weather there ready for a serious relationship and expectations and such. Dating sucks ^^.

Hi all! This is more or less a repeat of my "info" page, so if anyone already read it there, sorry for repeating myself. <p> I'm a physicist living in the Atlanta area. I finished my Ph.D last September in a much colder part of the country, and moved down here for a postdoc at one of the area Universities. I'm still learning to cope with the heat. <p> I've been a fan of anime, and Japanese pop culture in general, for a few years now. I've long been a science fiction fan and was aware of anime, but it wasn't until a friend gave me "The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya" that I really became a <b>Fan</b> with a capital <b>F</b>. It's only grown and spread since then! I'm currently trying to learn Japanese via the <a href="http://www.alljapaneseallthetime.com/blog/all-japanese-all-the-time-ajatt-how-to-learn-japanese-on-your-own-having-fun-and-to-fluency">"all Japanese all the time"</a> method. It's been going much much slower than I'd like, but I certainly know more than I used to. <p> My favorite series tend to be in the slice-of-life/healing genres (shows like Hidamari Sketch, K-On, Aria, last season's Acchi Kocchi, ...) though that's certainly not all I watch. And I'm happy to discuss pretty much anything! <p> Anyway, I'm here looking to make some friends who share my interests. And if one of those friendships should happen to develop into something more... well, I certainly wouldn't complain ^_^
