hey there so a friend of mine is going to be renting on her own pretty soon, she was offered a place by a neutral friend that is really nice in santa ana. It is private and has parking and allows pets. The place is a 1 bedroom thats 1000sqft and she was thinking of dividing up the dining room sense it's so big into a little makeshift room for herself with walls, or curtains and then renting the bedroom out to someone or vice versa. The rent would be 650 for the bedroom or 550 for the makeshift room. She's super respectful , clean , likes anime, sewing,gaming movies theatre, cosplay and typical geeky hobbies.
