Never mind, sorry, I thought you said there was a DNAngel movie but you were talking about the Death Note ones. Who would be able to play Light and L though?

I wish there was a DNAngel movie! Hmm... I have no idea who could play L. I think he would have to be a new discovery/uknown talent. Preferably British. Someone with a Benedict Cumberbatch flair, but not Benedict Cumberbatch because I think he might be just a smidgen too old (plus he's already Sherlock. He can't be EVERY genius detective lol). I would love to see Zac Efron as Light. He's gotten a horrible rep for being the high school musical kid, but he's actually a very good actor. I've never seen him as a villain, but I think he could pull it off. And he's certainly pretty enough haha ^^

Hm...I agree that Zac Efron is good but I don't know if I can see him playing light Yagami, then again, it could be an opportunity to get him out of this stigma and and show his acting ability while truly testing it out. Plus, at least it's not Le Buff. Nice choice for the flair factor of L though. I wonder if

I think he could do it, but yeah, it would be far different than anything he's ever played before (which I think can only be a good thing haha). I don't mind Shia Labeouf, but I think he's too much of a goof to pull off Light. Maybe Matsuda... lol Now I'm casting this whole movie in my mind. I'm imagining Gary Oldman from Batman as Papa Yagami. xD I'm blaming this all on being a theatre major. It makes me want to cast everything!
