That's not a standard Japanese abbreviation, it's a <sub>lazy</sub> one. Japan is properly abbreviated as "<B>JPN</B>".

Oh, any ISOs of games I've put out on the net I used <b>JPN</B> to denote it's a Japanese release. <b>NTSC-JPN</b> actually. If ever seen a PS2 ISO chances are I maybe have uploaded it back-in-the-day.
