Why Men get turned down?

When I was a teen I dated someone in their 30's, there was a huge maturity issue (I was really immature) There was also a different values/morals issue and other issues I won't go into as it's not conversationally appropriate for the topic. Frankly it was the worst relationship I've ever been in and for that reason It would not be right for me. I don't think I could date someone that much younger than me or that much older but I do know many people that it really works for and as long as you and the girl don't have an issue with it, you see eye to eye on the subject and there is chemistry I really can not see the problem. So I guess some girls might turn ya down because of your age but it doesn't mean they all will see like that. Everyone is different and age doesn't matter so much when you get older it's just when your younger it seems to be the issue.

The only time age is a real deal breaker for me is legality issues lol. I will not date someone where the consequence will be me ending up in jail >.<
