I think the first anime i saw that i knew was anime was Mobile Fighter G Gundam. However before that i had been a fan of Dragonball Z, Pokemon, Digimon, Totoro ect. ^^

my first anime was naruto thanks to my friend who first showed me it.now i love all diffrent kinds of anime XD

I guess technically it was Pokemon, but the first real anime I watched was Fullmetal Alchemist.

I'm not sure as i was quite young when i got infatuated with anime, it was 1 of these 3 im sure... Robotech ( the americanized version of SDF macross) Cyborg 009 Ginga: Nagareboshi Gin Being too young to grasp the difference in animation i simply thought that all other cartoons sucked untill i got old enough to realize that anime was a separate concept alltogether, I then re-discovered my interest during the mid 90's with Tenchi-muyo and Urotsukidōji.

Probably waking up at 630am to catch DBZ and Hamtaro on the WB channel in the morning in 3-4th grade... Toonami was all it took to seal the deal though.
