Friends Or Relationship Partner

I understand that tiger I agree in a sense i feel that friends are for basically your structure that holds you up regardless of what happens your partner is who gives you the big ups in life at least thats how it should go although there is downs the point still remains that both play a vital part in the end friends do hold the most value overall to making your life stable and happy

Friends are great in all and for me they are more important but if we are talking about the whole "I just want to be friends situation" I don't need any more friends I have plenty of great friends I treat like family and they do the same. If a girl I'm interested just wants to be friends I'm done saying yes to that you take all of me or non of me at least that's my stand recently.

Why can't a relationship partner be a friend? I would think the person you want to be with would end up being, or become, your best friend. I am the only one who thinks this? Who else has that belief?

Best friends make the best relationship partners, and even if things don't work out sometimes they'll stick around to help you through life later. @soulxevans It's not good to corner girls to just be girlfriend material only. Friends can end up being a girlfriend later on and care more to stick with you through good and bad. Keep the desperation down, as difficult as that may be due to experiences. Desperation scares people off.
