@ luki Goodwill or any thrift shop is a good place for budget cosplays, you never know what you'll find. Has anyone gotten their badges yed? I registered at anime milwaukee and haven't gotten mine yet

I think I'll be going for the first time this year!! ^_^ I'm very excited! Planning on going as Ciel from Kuroshitsuji. In the pink dress... Just gotta hem my skirt for it. Hehe!

I'm really hoping I can finally get to ACEN this year. If so, I might bring along my Simon from Gurren Lagann, provided I fix it in time. Had to slam to get it done for Kitsune, so it's kinda cruddy looking at the moment. But maybe by then I'll have finished my Baiken cosplay, so we'll see. Or if I've slimmed down enough, you'll see one of the versions of Erza from Fairy Tail.

They've got a rough draft of the panel schedule up, and mine are back to their original Saturday Midnight-2AM slot!!! We were primetime last year, but it was a total disaster; I couldn't cuss, and they gave me a hard time about hosting it drunk and mentioning Bittorrent in a joke. If anyone's looking for something in particular, I can fire up the Googledoc and look on there.

I'm cosplaying as Captain Aizen from Bleach. But I live close enough to just drive there and back home. I live a block away from Six Flags and it is only like a 2 hour drive at the most (with chicago traffic).

this'll be my first time going to Acen. Going as Allen Walker. want to go as a SAO character but i don't look anything like them. Also looking to start an Anime meetup group near Goshen, IN area.

So does anyone actually WANT to hang out at ACEN, as sort of a MaiOtaku get together? I party hard at ACEN, and I wouldn't mind meeting a few new fresh faces.
