Heart Bweak?

Breakups can be tough but not for everyone..are Are you usually the dumper or the dumpee?? ( that most likely is not a word...) Do you take breakups well or do you have a mental breakdown even though you only dated that person for 12 minutes??

I am usually the dumpee or dumped. My relationships usually last around a year or more so I end up pretty down in the dumps and beat myself up a little. But I can pick myself back up pretty quick. Right girl is just out there waiting for me so can't waste time feeling sorry for myself.

I don't think anyone takes break-ups particularly well even if you're the one ending them. I'm usually the one who ends up getting dumped versus doing to the dumping myself although I've been on both ends of the spectrum even though it's been a couple of years since my last serious relationship.

The role that I play a lot that I hate the most is when guy friends ask me out and I have to turn them down. It's super messy and uncomfortable for everyone involved. Especially when they don't take a subtle hint so you basically have to sit them down and really kinda let them have it. I feel so bad afterwards :\

@xueli it is a lot better that you do it that way. Some guys need that straight forwardness. It helps establish boundaries and also means you are being honest and truthful. Better then stringing them along only to hurt them more later
