I'm surprised no one mentioned the Minami-ke series yet. In my opinion it is really heavy on the humor and keeps fresh between seasons by introducing new running gags every now and then (small Angel who's always wrong for the right reason and huge devil who's always right for the wrong reasons anyone? ^^). Althaugh they fall off a little bit towerds the later seasons. Probably worth checking out if you like comedy.
