Ice is the worst innovation for cooling a drink. Rather drink it hot than have it watered down or deal with 75% of the cup be NOTHING BUT ICE! If I wanted a snowcone I would have ordered one Burger King!

4 or 5 ice cubes is fine but I don't like it when they fill 2/3 of the cup with ice.
