"I don't understand" has git to be one of the lamest excuses I've ever heard. Did you even try or did you just throw your hands up and give up? It's like people don't even try to understand one another.

Separate church and state. Make religion and other cults illegal. This is the only way. Religious cultists should not be allowed to spread their propaganda and hate. Religous freedom can eat my ass. Fuck religous freedom. I do not care about your god/gods. I do not care what you believe in. I do not care about your stupid religion. If your religion harms people it should be illegal. I'm tired of people acting like religion/religous freedom is this great thing. It's not. Religion is stupid and evil and so is religous freedom. You don't get to just believe in whatever you want at the cost of someone else's happiness. Fuck that. I was a Christian for over a decade, and now I'm an atheist. I was in a cult. I was lied to. We were all lied to. I'm tired of the lies religous people tell. I'm sick of their shit. Fuck them. And they know the god/gods aren't real but they need money so they have you read a badly written book and donate to their church. Churches haven't always been a thing. It's a con. A scam. We've all been played. Religion is literally just cult capitalism. You pay to be indoctrinated. A long time ago people used to practice "religion" in their homes but churches figured out they could get money from the religous community. It's all about the money. Follow the money. If this makes you mad/upset. Good. You should be. You've been lied to. Gods aren't real. Demons aren't real. The Earth isn't flat. Welcome to reality. Once churches got money in their pockets they were like "Oh, we can get money from people. This is pretty sweet. Let's keep doing it". It's been a thing ever since. People spend so much money, time, and energy on religions that are made up and hurt everyone. Gods do not care about you. They probably hate you. Religion does not care about you. Religion probably hates you. Religious people probably hate you. There is no devil. There is no boogeyman out to get you. Be yourself and live happily. Why be involved in something like religion where there's so much hate involved? Why would I do that? Why would anyone do that? Oh. Right. They wouldn't. People wonder why so many people are leaving religion and becoming atheist. It's clear as day why. If you can't understand/figure this stuff out you are still under the cult's influence. You are not "free" at all. There's nothing free about indoctrination and control.
