@1903 Censor or not, I already found em. When I blur names and such, I use the dropper tool to color it in the exact same color as it's surrounding. You're not hiding anyone. You can easily go from things like color, length of the username, how they speak, etc. If you want to hide them, then don't say anything, period. If you want to call them out, just do it. It's probably not his first rodeo.
