Imagine being a youtube lawyer going up against not one, not two, but several lawyers who put together a case. Imma see what he has to say but just keep that in mind Trump didnt just do this by himself there are other names in law involved in this. Maybe it wont get anywhere in court and nothong happens but IF they win that will change everything. This will be standard practice.

Truth is not dependent on how many people support A or B position. Truth is based on logic, evidence and facts. You don't need to be an expert in constitutional law to understand the 1st amendment. All you need is some basic high school level understanding of the law. The people that brought the lawsuit know this. The lawyers involved know they have an infinitesimal almost non zero chance. This is just the perfect chance to suck money off the sheepy supporters that will believe anything that conforms to their biases. Since your so confident on your feelings. You know what, im not gonna worry. The issue will fix itself. Maybe trump loses this case but somewhere along the line this will get fixed. Whether we vote politicians in who will do it for us, it gets bad to the point where people actively protest against it, or it gets so bad people actually start banning it themselves. Trumps case will only bring more light to the situation. This is definitely big tech playing loopholes in the constitution. But its fine.

Yea, lawsuit may not win. Or it might. Unfortunately no one sees the problem with bans or shadow bans, etc. Everyone is for free speech until they want to virtue signal. Then they can be like "hey, we banned that guy you dont like so you can defend us even if you dont like us. Even though we make money on people just using our platform and he cause a lot of retweets, replies, shares, and made us a lot of money, but this publicity is also good.. i mean, yea!
