I did not criticize the meaning of Pandas post. I think we are on the same side regarding hate crimes and such. I was refering to an editorial matter (phrasing) which is considered a mistake, when it comes town to journalism, literary constructs and such, because the wrong people read a lot of bullshit into it. (Sorry comming from a law standpoint) Politics should cover all groups of people to be treated equal. The big thing is money that makes people ignore such issues. Corruption is stretched out in every country.

I'll open exception to Qatar because it's an opportunity for us to gain the Hexa! After the Cup ends, I'll flambast on its issues.

The whole issue about the world cup in Qatar is disgusting. The whole thing is build on the blood of people and literaly slavery. I feel ashamed of people using it as a place for entertainment. It is just disgusting that the countries that are considered the best countries in the world are letting that happen. Just for some soccer, entertainment and money.

Jokes aside. The whole world has membership on FIFA, except some islands. Even North Korea does, and if the cup ends up on NK, well what can I do? Only root for my country to win while I shit on all the others. World Cup years are where we Brazilians become near-irrational when it comes to politics lol. But that year will be special! The elections will happen BEFORE the World Cup. So no smokescreening before the elections!

Tbf, I am more excited about the World Cup than my country's elections. It all indicates to the two anti-democratic candidates (Bolsonaro and whomever becomes Lula's pawn) getting the most votes, nulling out a third-party.
