@mikan_kat Voluntary, no money involved for the hiring. The equipment should be able to make high quality dishes, since that's just based on the skill of the chief. Ingredients can be supplied by donations from the school district, since this is for a school correct? Maybe some kind of fundraising activities can be employed to offset the cost? Anything else I guess could be privately funded.

Well, you could put a cloth skirting around your bed. As to not antagonize the poor floor dweller, avoid eye contact. Also it should vacate if you do so, out of sight out of mind!
