They do this really janky gas system that has a gas port next to the trunnion and runs a line to the normal gas system to actuate the piston, weird little thing.

@hirestusnaotaku not a big fan of the judges but I know 3 contestents that participated and 2 of them won, the show itself is good, but I can't stand Doug marcaida.

@bruschettebites here’s a question, for plinking do you prefer semi-auto, lever action, bolt action, break action or muzzle loading?

@sobo275 Depends, all of them are fun in their own ways, lever actions make you feel like a cowboy, break action is cool on air rifles, bolt actions are cool when supressed, semi is lovely too, only muzzle loading is a pain in the ass.

they're just really satisfying to shoot, that's for sure, especially low caliber ones
