Plesiosaurus and Spinosaurous are my favorites, actually I shouldn't list Plesiosaurus here as they are still alive and now called Loch Ness "Monsters".

I loved it there isn't too many animes with dino or extinct animals in it but holy shit it was good. Not too many know about it but you can find some real good manga if you dig really deep. The animal attacks were amazing.
